  !! 'CELEB SEVEN' BABYHATERS -- EXPOSED !!
These self-serving members of the 'Celeb Seven' actively enabled Saddam Hussein and offered encouragement to those who sought to kill our troops, and Iraqi children

Who are these foolish, self-serving celeb babyhaters, known as the
'Celeb Seven'

(Click on your Celeb Seven Fool of Choice for specifics.)

And why do I label the Celeb Seven 'self-serving babyhaters?'  They are 'self-serving' because they have jumped on the pro-Saddam/Anti-liberation/voter nullification bandwagon in order to promote their careers.  They are babyhaters because their irresponsible behavior  provided an enormous boost to the Child Killing Murderous Thug Saddam Hussein and his self-serving backers in the UN, and in the US.

Had they (Celeb Seven) not supported Hussein, some experts are convinced that Iraq would have more quickly folded under world pressure, possibly even without war.  This could have saved the lives of many young Iraqi soldiers, the lives of innocent Iraqi women and children, not to mention the lives of nearly one hundred forty coalition troops killed in the liberation.   Also, had the Celeb Seven not encouraged anti-American protests, some of which openly advocated that troops kill their officers, perhaps that 101st Airborne soldier in Kuwait would not have murdered his officers.

We have a right and a responsibility to take the Celeb Seven to task for what they have done.  Whenever a US citizen takes to the street to protest, or incites others to protest, that person is engaged in 'voter nullification,' and thereby opens himself up to as much scrutiny as the public deems necessary.

What do I mean by 'voter nullification'?  With our form of government, a democratic republic, public policy (and law) is established by our elected officials on the basis of our Constitution.   Those who protest the laws of our land, or public policy, have decided that the acts of our duly elected officials must be abrogated solely on the basis of their (the protestors') view of how things ought to be done.  We (you and I) elected those officials, and we have a right and an obligation to scrutinize carefully the motivations and qualifications of those who seek to take the law into their own hands.  Such is the case with the Celeb Seven.  All seven of these celebrities have actively protested against our elected government (in favor of Saddam Hussein), or have at least encouraged others to protest.  It is incumbent upon you and me not to allow these protestors to change public policy without questioning their behavior, qualifications, and motivations.

Remember, not all celebrities are guilty--not all celebrities engaged in anti-American voter nullification rhetoric.  Dennis Hopper, for instance, when quizzed abroad about his views on the war in Iraq, simply stated:  "I don't think this is the place to discuss it."  ...And that was the end of it.   Hopper may actually have agreed with Clooney and his Celeb Seven friends about the war, but Hopper had the wisdom to keep his mouth shut.  Of course, he didn't get the priceless Celeb Seven headlines, but he did preserve his integrity, and possibly spared the lives of innocents and combatants.

Why did the Celeb Seven do their dirty deed?  They did it for publicity--simple, self-serving publicity.

It has long been understood  that, for a celebrity, 'there's no such thing as bad publicity'; that 'any publicity is good publicity.'  At least, that's the way it’s always been.  Behavior that would ruin the average person's reputation is like money in the bank for an attention-starved celebrity.

It was that way for Zsa Zsa.  Had your sister married (and divorced) all those men, the neighbors would talk, and she’d probably get fired.  Even punching a cop in the nose didn’t hurt Zsa Zsa.  Elizabeth Taylor said “I do” how many times?  The same is true of Joan Crawford, and many other Hollywood women.

It was not such a good thing for Hollywood men to marry and divorce, so they chose other fan-satisfying usually bad habits.  Dean Martin always had a drink in his hand; Frank a cigarette.  Sammy sported his trademark long furs, and, of course, a cigarette.

There were some who had such overwhelming personalities that they actually ran away from publicity.  Consider Marlin Brando, James Dean and Elvis to be in this group.  I could be wrong, but I doubt that any one of these guys ever read a magazine or paper to see if they’d made it.   Then there were a few male stars able to do admirable things well and often enough to garner significant press.  Bob spent more time with the troops than he did on the silver screen.   And there were “Jerry’s kids,” and Dick’s beauty contests.

Aside from icons such as the group above, most of the successful old timers did their "own things," and got their publicity.  For the most part, as long as the press spelled their names right, all was cool; as long as they were able to get their faces and names in print, it was almost as good as a marquis feature.  It is not that way anymore.

The old way doesn’t work anymore.  Today a diva can marry 20 men (or 10 women for that matter), and she still won't make the cover any significant magazine; nor will she be featured on FOX.

Today the stars have their so-called causes, and their phony radical politics; but the purpose is still the same—publicity.

...And while there are many more celebrities who have chosen to promote their names via this route, the ones featured on these pages (the Celeb Seven) are the ones whose efforts at self-pontification are the most egregious.  They are the 'voter nullifiers,' the ones who have taken the most active roles in propping up  Murdering Dictator Saddam Hussein, and have thereby been responsible for additional torture, murder, and  treachery.  It is clear that had these American celebrities not so actively supported Saddam in his murderous rule, he would most likely have stepped down much earlier, and saved countless Iraqi lives, as well as the lives of our brave service men and women.   When you see the face of one of this group (Celeb Seven), think about the face of one of our brave troops who died defending this country, think about the children of these troops, and think about the teachers in the classrooms who told the children of troops that their "Daddy deserved to die."  Their (Celeb Seven's) behavior has been unforgivable, and thinking American citizens must not let them off the hook.

All of the Celeb Seven babyhaters are entertainers, or at least work in the industry.  I recommend that Americans boycott all artistic productions which include the participation of the Celeb Seven.  They are babyhaters, and enablers of babyhaters.  They all are at least partially responsible for some of what Saddam was able to get away with, and possibly directly responsible for encouraging that soldier in the 101st Airborne to kill his officers.  We must not allow their self-serving efforts to succeed.

Boycott the Celeb Seven!

Mark Geragos apparently likes attention too

The Celeb Seven is not the only group of people that seeks publicity outside the norm.  Lawyers do it too.  Take Attorney Mark Geragos, lawyer for some of Hollywood's rich and famous (Winona Rider for example), now the attorney for the nearly destitute accused wife/baby-murderer Scott Peterson.   Published reports are that Geragos will not receive standard fees for this case.  So, if not for the money, why would he do it?  Is Scott Peterson his personal buddy?  I do not think it a stretch to think that Mr. Geragos has taken the "tv active" Peterson case for its personal publicity value.  In my opinion, if this is true, then Mr. Geragos has made a spectacular public relations move.  He hurts no one, kills no babies, kills no soldiers, supports no enemies, yet he still gets wonderful publicity.  Take a lesson, Celeb Seven.  That is how brilliant people get publicity, while maintaining credibility and  integrity.

Saddam Hussein Intimidates even CNN

Saddam Hussein and his regime were butchers.  They would maim and kill for the fun of it.  In many ways, they were even more cruel than was Hitler and his SS.  Even CNN (not exactly the bastion of conservatism) has recently admitted that they were scared to death to publish the truth regarding news coming out of Baghdad; they (CNN news executives) feared for the lives of their staff.   It was that fear, they admit, that has made them (CNN) the lapdog of the dictator.

This is what Eason Jordan (CNN chief news executive) recently had to say about Saddam and CNN's fears with regard to the evil dictator of Iraq:

" I came to know several Iraqi officials well enough that they confided in me that Saddam Hussein was a maniac who had to be removed. One Foreign Ministry officer told me of a colleague who, finding out his brother had been executed by the regime, was forced, as a test of loyalty, to write a letter of congratulations on the act to Saddam Hussein. An aide to Uday [Son of Saddam] once told me why he had no front teeth: henchmen had ripped them out with pliers and told him never to wear dentures, so he would always remember the price to be paid for upsetting his boss. Again, we could not broadcast anything these men said to us."  (Click here for the full text of this article.)

These problems with Iraq have long been known.  I am terribly angry with CNN for failing properly to inform Americans as to the depravity of the Saddam Regime--their (CNN executives') error here is egregious.  However, anyone who has taken the time to read anything written on the subject available in any number of more responsible news sources,  had to have know that Saddam was a babyhater, and a torturer.  This information was out there, and available.  There was no excuse for anyone to engage in pro-Saddam anti-American activities, as did the celebrities listed on this site.  Not to know what the Saddam Regime was all about was either stupid, intentionally disinterested, or unbelievably self-serving.

Contrast the behavior of these self-serving Celeb Seven with the outstanding heroism exhibited by our Army, Marine, Air Force and Navy personnel who served this country, and the world, in the liberation of Iraq.

Dixie Chicks Re-Invent their Image

The Dixie Chicks come back, dropping their self-serving phony political activism, for a good old-fashioned form of self-promotion.  Like it or not, at least now they are being honest--they are admittedly seeking publicity, and they are getting it, without phony political posturing.  While their style of music is not on the top of our list here at "Famous Fools," and while we think this type of self-promotion is cheesy, at least it is not pretentious.  These appear to be pretty simple girls, and not much should be expected of them.     While we never were tempted to include them on our Celeb Seven list, we were disappointed with their self-promoting political comments.  They have now done the only possible thing that could save their careers,--behaved like the simple-minded nymphs we always thought them to be.

Tim Robbins, Susan Sarandon, Martin Sheen, Sean Penn, Janeane Garofalo and George Clooney have spoken.
